ixTen accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard), Check, Money Order or Purchase Orders |

Orders must be prepaid when using check or money order. Purchase orders must be in written form and approved by ixTen. Orders are processed after proof of payment. |

SHIPPING INFORMATION |

Orders are sent regular ground unless requested otherwise.
|
|
U.S. delivery dates are our best estimates and are not guaranteed. Please allow additional time for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, rural locations and post office boxes. Shipping normally takes 1-4 business days (depending upon address zone).

Note: UPS does not ship to post office boxes. If shipping to a P.O. Box within the U.S., we will ship via U.S. Postal Service.

ixTen will determine the shipping carrier. Orders will be shipped by U.S. Postal Service, UPS or FedEx.

ixTen ships to any continental U.S. destination. Orders being shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via airfreight at air freight rates. |

Items purchased from ixTen stores are scheduled to ship no later than seven (7) days from date of order. |

Production time for custom screenprinting and custom embroidery is no later than two weeks from art approval. The art department will email all custom designs to you for final approval. No order can be produced without your approval. The sooner art is approved; the sooner orders can be produced. |

PRODUCTION METHOD |
|
|
ixTen uses three methods to decorate apparel: Screenprinting, Embroidery and the very latest in Digital Technology. |
|
|
Permanent stores are digitally printed. Temporary stores, in most cases are printed via screenprinting. Embroidery is used in both permanent and temporary stores. Obviously the method used for custom screenprinted and embroidery orders speaks for itself. |
|
|
SIZE CONCERNS |
|
|
Please pay special attention to sizing and fit charts and verify your order is correct before placing orders. Not all items fit the same. Some items fit tighter and smaller (i.e. junior, lady and fashion fit sizing). When unsure about your size we recommend always sizing up. ixTen does not accept returns for sizing unless it is a manufacturer defect. |

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER |
|
The attempt of ixTen is to be as accurate as possible. However, there is no guarantee that all product descriptions, colors or other content is 100% accurate. Designs and item colors are a close representation and are subject to the settings the computer monitor displays. |
|
|
RETURNS |
|
ixTen stands behind the quality and workmanship of every product we sell. If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition, in its original packaging accompanied with receipt for a credit or exchange. |
|
|
For the reason to keep prices lower ixTen does not stock any designed apparel. All items are made when the order is placed. Except when there is a quality concern, customized items cannot be accepted for return. |
|
|
Other reasons returns would not be accepted: 1) ordering the wrong size 2) waiting too long to return the item 3) item not in new condition (i.e. worn or washed). |
|
You must contact ixTen within 10 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted outside this time frame. Returns are not accepted without contacting ixTen first. |
|
To make a return go to the ‘Contact Us’ tab and choose ‘Returns’ as the subject matter. Fill in the required information (Item number(s) and item(s) being returned; Reason for the return; Invoice number). |
|
Following information must accompany returns:

- Item number(s) and item(s) being sent back.
- Reason for sending the item(s) back.
- First and last name the order is listed under.
- Invoice number.

Shipping will be reimbursed for any return that is the fault of ixTen. |

ixTen does not accept returns for clearance or closeout items. |

TAX INFORMATION |
|
|
In accordance with applicable law, ixTen currently collects sales tax in the state of Indiana. Sales tax will also be charged if an item is shipped from the same state as the ship to destination. |
|
|
Sales tax is applied to the total amount of the order, including shipping and handling and is based on the shipment's destination at a rate of 7%. |
|
Tax will not be applied to any order shipped to a tax exempt organization. ixTen must have your completed and signed tax exempt form (ST-105) on file before any sale is considered exempt. RISK OF LOSS |
|
Items purchased from ixTen are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. |

DESIGN CONTENT |
|
ixTen reserves the right to refuse to print any design it deems inappropriate or offensive. |
|
|
LINKS |
|
ixTen is not responsible for the goods and services, or content of any site linked to ixTen that is not under the control of ixTen. ixTen will not be liable for any damages caused by your use of or reliance on such goods and services or content. |

COPYRIGHT, PERMITTED USES, RESTRICTION ON USE |

Designs on this website and in the catalog are copyrighted to ixTen. All rights reserved. All designs may not be "borrowed", "extracted", "reused", or "reprinted" by any other person or company. Any design that is similar and appears to have originated from ixTen will be prosecuted by the Copyright law. |

Altering an ixTen design slightly so that it becomes your creation is not a valid argument. |
|
The "10% design change" is an invalid justification for usage of an ixTen design. The claim is not supported by the law and will be prosecuted by the Copyright law. |
|

STORE EARNINGS PAYMENTS |
|
Permanent (PERM) stores – |
|
Earnings made from your perm store are made quarterly on the month following the end of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Amount of earnings must reach $25.00 to receive payment. All stores with earnings less than $25.00 will be paid in the January payments. |
|
|
You can choose to be paid via PayPal or check. |
|
TEMPORARY (TEMP) STORES – |
|
Earnings made with temp stores are made immediately sent to you once the product has been shipped. |
|
*You will not receive any W2 forms from ixTen. |
